TCSL is looking for energetic and enthusiastic interns who want practical exposure to international logistics, customer handling and business development. This internship will give you hands-on experience in handling real customer enquiries while learning how logistics operations work behind the scenes.
Respond to tracking, quotation and documentation queries across phone, email and WhatsApp.
Plan air and sea movements, prepare documentation and keep customers updated through each hand-off.
Coordinate daily pickups, bookings and delivery follow-up for domestic and international courier shipments.
