TCSL is looking for energetic and enthusiastic interns who want practical exposure to international logistics, customer handling and business development. This internship will give you hands-on experience in handling real customer enquiries while learning how logistics operations work behind the scenes.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Handle leads generated through Meta and other digital channels
- Contact potential customers and understand their shipping requirements
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into business
- Maintain lead and customer information
- Learn about international courier, air freight, sea freight and cross-border logistics
- Work closely with the TCSL team to understand real-world logistics operations
Who We're Looking For
- Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a logistics / supply chain related course
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Energetic, confident and willing to interact with customers
- Interested in building a career in logistics, freight forwarding or business development
- Basic computer and social media skills
