We look for clear communication, attention to detail, comfort with follow-up, honest problem-solving and a willingness to learn. Role-specific technical or commercial experience is considered where required.
Do you consider freshers?
Yes, for suitable entry-level requirements. We assess communication, learning ability, basic digital confidence and how thoughtfully an applicant approaches customer and operational situations.
Does TCSL offer internships?
Internship availability depends on current team capacity and meaningful work that can be supervised. Students may email a short introduction, CV, area of study and preferred dates for consideration.
Will every application receive an interview?
No. Applications are reviewed against current requirements, and shortlisted applicants are contacted when their profile matches an available need. We may retain relevant applications for future openings.
