Quotations and bookings
Information on this site is provided for general guidance. A quotation, transit indication or service description on this site is not a binding offer. Rates, routing, transit times and acceptance are confirmed by TCSL for each shipment after reviewing the actual contents, destination, packed weight, dimensions and applicable requirements, and may change if those details change.
Shipment acceptance
Acceptance of any shipment depends on the commodity, route, mode, packaging and destination rules. Some goods are prohibited or restricted — see the Prohibited Items guidance. You are responsible for describing the contents accurately and for providing the documents required for the movement.
Customs, duties and taxes
Duties, taxes and clearance decisions are determined by the relevant customs authority. TCSL can help identify likely requirements but does not control or guarantee the outcome of a clearance, inspection or assessment.
Tracking information
Tracking milestones are provided for convenience and depend on data from carriers and partners. Availability and timing of updates can vary by route and service.
Liability
Where TCSL arranges a movement, liability is subject to the terms and limits of the carriers, airlines, shipping lines and partners handling the shipment and to applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to TCSL and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction.
