International courier charges use actual or volumetric weight, but customs decisions depend on what the parcel contains, why it is being sent and its defensible value. Vague descriptions such as “gift items” can lead to questions or delay.

How long does international courier delivery take?
Express courier to major cities commonly takes several business days after dispatch, while remote areas, customs examination, public holidays and incomplete paperwork can add time. We provide the available estimate for your exact postcode and contents.
Will the receiver have to pay customs duty?
Possibly. Destination customs may assess duty, tax or a clearance fee based on the commodity, value, origin and local rules. A courier charge does not automatically include those government assessments.
Why do you need dimensions as well as weight?
Aircraft and delivery vehicles have limited space, so couriers compare actual weight with volumetric weight. The higher chargeable weight is normally used; final packed length, width and height therefore matter.
Can I send food, medicine, cosmetics or batteries?
These categories may be restricted by carrier, airline or destination regulations and can require permits or special handling. Give us the exact product, quantity, ingredients or battery specification before packing.
What documents are usually needed?
Requirements vary, but may include sender KYC, a detailed invoice or pro forma invoice, contents and value declarations, and product-specific approvals. Document-only envelopes usually follow a simpler process.
