How is domestic courier pricing calculated?
Charges are generally based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, together with origin, destination, service speed and any special handling. Share final packed dimensions for an accurate quote.
Can TCSL collect from locations outside major Kerala cities?
Pickup depends on the origin PIN code and the shipment profile. Send us the collection address and preferred date; we will confirm direct pickup or the nearest practical handover option.
What should not be packed in a domestic parcel?
Do not send cash, illegal goods, explosives, flammable materials or other restricted articles. Batteries, liquids, medicines, food and high-value goods require prior review because carrier rules vary.
How should fragile items be packed?
Use a rigid outer carton, individual wrapping, cushioning on every side and enough void fill to prevent movement. Inner retail packaging alone is rarely suitable for a courier network.

Use the tracking reference on our tracking page. If a scan has not changed as expected, contact TCSL with the reference so our team can investigate.
