What are the pickup cut-off times?
Cut-off times vary by collection postcode, shipment type and the selected network. Requests received earlier in the working day have the best chance of same-day collection, but TCSL confirms the actual date and window before booking.
Which areas do you cover for pickup?
TCSL coordinates pickups across serviceable locations in Kerala and can assess collections elsewhere in India for suitable shipments. Send the complete address and postcode so we can confirm direct collection or a practical handover option.
Does TCSL provide packaging?
We can advise on suitable outer packaging and discuss packing support where available. Goods should not be sealed permanently until any required contents or document check is complete. Fragile, liquid, heavy and irregular items need prior review.
What can you not collect?
We cannot accept illegal goods, cash, explosives or undeclared dangerous articles. Batteries, flammables, liquids, medicines, perishables and other controlled goods may be prohibited or require specific approval, documents and packaging.
